About Asphalt Paving Lehi

Asphalt Paving Lehi builds, repairs and maintains asphalt for homeowners, HOAs, churches and businesses in Lehi and the surrounding cities of northern Utah County and the south end of Salt Lake County. Our work includes new driveways, RV pads and driveway extensions, parking lots, patching, crack sealing and sealcoating.

Utah pavement wears out differently from pavement in wetter places. The sun is strong at 4,500 feet and higher, and it bakes the oils out of asphalt until the surface turns gray, brittle and full of fine cracks. Winter brings hard freezes, snowplows and de-icing salt. Water from melting snow gets into those cracks, freezes overnight and opens them a little more every cycle. Our work is aimed at both problems: a base built to stay dry and firm, and a maintenance plan that keeps the surface sealed.

How a job runs

1. We come out, measure, check grade and drainage, and look at how the existing pavement has failed. 2. You get a written quote with removal, base, asphalt thickness, edges and any sealing priced line by line. 3. If the job touches the city right-of-way, such as a new or wider drive approach, we tell you what the city requires before anything is scheduled. 4. We do the work you approved. If something changes once the old surface is up, we show you and put the change in writing before continuing.
